Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed and cancellations are granted at our complete discretion. We reserve the right to refuse cancellations. To request a cancellation, please email us as soon as possible at info@euroknobs.com.

Order cancellations are not guaranteed as an order might be in the middle of processing and unable to be cancelled. All cancellations are subject to a 2.9% fee which is charged by payment processors and not refundable when an order is cancelled.
