Refund policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strongly recommend that you always order a single piece as a sample to see in person before placing a larger order to ensure that you are satisfied with the finish and other characteristics of the product. This is important because it can be difficult to show the exact color and texture of the item on a screen. Always measure the space or item you plan on placing the item in, in order to make sure it will fit prior to making an order.

If you were to change your mind about an item you have received you may return the item (in original, undamaged, sealed condition) within fourteen (14) calendar days from the time of delivery. You must contact us at info@euroknobs.com to request a return authorization. We will respond with instructions with respect to the return. Your refund will be issued within 5 business days from the day the return package is delivered.

The buyer will pay return shipping and there will be a 15% restocking fee for all returns. In addition, the original cost of shipping the item will not be refundable.

Please note that we ask that returns be postmarked within (14) fourteen calendar days from the day of delivery. 

In the unlikely event you receive an item that has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@euroknobs.com with a description and, if possible, a photo of the issue.
